Cardio/Strength: BEAST MODE Workout. It was pretty intense- Ended up being just shy of 3 miles, running at 7.5 and 8.0 on the treadmill. 120 wall balls with 15 lb ball. 120 Squat + Clean & Press (I started with 30 lbs and moved to 20 lbs in order to knock out more reps), and 120 single leg crunches.  (I subbed out ‘ball slams’ for wall balls).

Strength: GNC Power Circuit from Jess at (I increased the rounds from 3 to 5, for an added intensity).

Bouns: Being blessed to live near lake Michigan, I played Beach Volleyball with the hubs and his friends today. It was guys night, and I totally crashed it. But they were short a player, so it was win win; and I got an extra workout in 🙂

I did increase my inline to 8.0 and varied my speed between 7.0 and 8.0

I tried to do full burpees for all the rounds, but only made it for the 1st round. the other rounds I switched to half burpees. I must Remember…progress, not perfection. I just have a goal to work towards. 🙂
